And it seems like a slowly compounding brand vs immediate results expectations of AI will only become for of an issue

Exactly! It's the long-term brand vs. short-term (lead gen, outbound) debate again, but with a new player: AI. AI just pours fuel on the short-term side, which makes brand more necessary and harder to fund at the same time.
